ALL VENDORS USING THE ST. PETER’S COMMUNITY AND HERITAGE GREENSPACE (FORMER IRVING PARKING) ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK THE SPACE DIRECTLY THROUGH THE ST.PETER’S VILLAGE COMMISSION.

AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY THOSE LOOKING TO BOOK THE SITE AND  ASSOCIATED MONETARY FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO USE OF THE SITE.

ANYONE WHO HAS NOT COMPLETED AN APPLICATION AND SUBMITTED MONETARY USAGE FEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE GREENSPACE AREA

Throughout the Village, there are garbage bins for casual toss in waste and recyclables. These garbage bins are NOT for individual household garbage. We ask that people do not place their individual household garbage in the Village garbage bins, as well we are asking that people do not place individual household garbage on or beside the Village garbage bins. Please contact the Municipality of the County of Richmond for individual household garbage pickup times.

ST. PETER'S COMMUNITY CULTURAL AND HERITAGE GREEN SPACE POLICY * The policy was approved at the regular monthly of the St. Peter's Village Commission on June 14, 2023.

*The policy has been developed to ensure that the St. Peter's Green Space (Former Irving Parking Lot) thrives as a community space with a view to promoting accessibility, environmental stewardship, cultural diversity, inclusiveness, tourism and heritage.

*The Village will strive to maintain the "Green Space" as an attractive venue for public and private events of varying scale and type.

*Green Space Site Rental applications are available at the Village Office located at 60 Denys Street, and online at https://villageofstpeters.ca/forms-applications

*Applications must be submitted two weeks prior to an event. *Rental fees must be paid 24 hours prior to site use Tues - Friday, and rental fees for events on Saturday, Sunday or Monday must be paid on the Friday before an event. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 4:30 PM. Please contact the office regarding holidays.

*Rental fees are $60.00 for a four-hour block. The $60.00 can be divided by multiple parties or it can be paid by a single individual. for example if 12 people wanted to have a market, they could each pay $5.00 for a total of $60.00. (There is 30 minutes prior to an event, and 30 minutes after an event for setup and tear down, this is in addition to your 4 hour block, this extra time is included in your $60.00 fee, you will not be charged extra for your set up and tear down time provided that it falls within 30 minutes prior and after an event).

*Not for profit organizations whose activities are primarily located in the Village will not be charged rental fees, but an application must still be submitted to ensure that the space isn't double booked.

*There will be times the site will not be available due to events in the Village, such as Nicolas Denys Days, Pirate Days, Christmas in the Village etc, and other community events.
